Homelessness carries with it its own health concerns.
The medical health fairs conducted at As One
Ministries are intended to provide those in the
homeless community with timely information on
prevention and remedy on common ailments and
illnesses common to homeless individuals. We bring
in local experts and professionals who attempt to
make the sessions interesting as well as informative.
Health screenings are also occasionally done by the
Gaston Health Department.
